This follows Spain's €2.6 billion contract for 30 Hürjet aircraft, marking Turkey's first major export success for the platform. The simulator is set for delivery in late 2026, with the Hürjet scheduled to enter service in Turkey in 2027 and in Spain in 2028.

Turkey will export a full-mission flight simulator for the Hürjet advanced jet trainer to Spain, strengthening defense partnerships between the two NATO allies. The simulator, developed by HAVELSAN, will support Spain's air force modernization.
This follows a €2.6 billion contract signed in December 2025 for 30 Hürjet aircraft. The simulator is expected to be delivered by late 2026, with the aircraft entering service in Turkey in 2027 and Spain in 2028. The Hürjet is designed for advanced training and light attack missions and has seen a significant increase in Turkey's defense exports over the past two decades.
