UBTECH Partners with AJIN Industrial for Humanoid Robots in South Korean Automotive Production
UBTECH, Duksan JM Robotics, and AJIN Industrial have signed an MOU to deploy humanoid robots in automotive manufacturing, starting a proof-of-concept in August 2026. This collaboration aims to transition UBTECH's robots from demonstrations to practical applications in real-world industrial environments.

Duksan JM Robotics and UBTECH are collaborating with AJIN Industrial to integrate humanoid robots into South Korea's automotive parts production line. A proof-of-concept project for the Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2 robots is scheduled for August 2026 at AJIN's Manufacturing Innovation Factory.
This initiative signifies a transition from trade show showcases to operational use, enabling data collection for future scaling. UBTECH reported a revenue of RMB 2.001 billion in 2025, marking a 53.3% increase year-on-year, with full-size humanoid robots generating RMB 820 million. The company serves a range of industries, with over 80% of applications in industrial sectors.
