UFP Packaging has introduced two industrial crate systems, Slot-Lock and Clamp-Lock 100, designed for nail-gun-free assembly. This initiative aims to improve workplace safety by eliminating the need for hazardous tools. The new systems complement the existing pneumatic-free U-Loc 200 crate line launched in 2025.

UFP Packaging, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has launched two new crate systems, Slot-Lock and Clamp-Lock 100, that enable nail-gun-free assembly to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency. These systems expand the company's pneumatic-free offerings, which include the U-Loc 200 crate line introduced in 2025.
The Slot-Lock crate features interlocking panels secured with strapping, suitable for sensitive applications in aerospace, defense, medical technology, and electronics. The Clamp-Lock 100 crate, utilizing steel L-bracket fasteners for hand application, is designed for commercial equipment and building materials.
