UK Docks Marine Services Secures £84M Contract for Royal Navy Vessel Maintenance
UK Docks Marine Services has been awarded contracts worth £84 million to maintain 194 Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels, with work managed from Gosport. The contracts, part of the Defence Equipment and Support Boats In Service Support Contract 2026, will run until 2033, safeguarding 42 jobs and creating 18 new roles. The majority of work will occur at UK Docks' facilities in Gosport and some in Cremyll, Cornwall, covering various classes of boats and supporting key naval operations.
