UK Government Invests £6.6m in UK Semiconductor Centre for Infrastructure Upgrades

This funding will support 12 projects, including the world's first AI-driven electron-beam lithography tool, with the largest award going to the APRIL AI Hub at Edinburgh University for an 8" 200keV EBL tool.
