Ukraine has shifted its military strategy to systematic attacks on Russian military-industrial complex facilities, targeting missile and aviation component production. Expert Anatolii Khrapchynskyi noted that recent strikes have revealed vulnerabilities in Russia's air defense systems, with Ukrainian drones operating over 220 kilometers inside Russian territory.
The destruction of unique manufacturing equipment poses a significant loss for Russia. The successful operations stem from a comprehensive approach that includes prior weakening of air defenses. Khrapchynskyi stated that Russia's air defense systems have been largely redeployed to occupied Ukraine, exposing rear cities to attacks. He also mentioned Russia's cooperation with China, Iran, and North Korea to mitigate these issues.
