Ukraine Introduces Bonus System for Killing Russian Soldiers
Ukraine's Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has introduced a digital points system that rewards soldiers for confirmed kills of Russian troops, allowing them to exchange points for military equipment through the Brave1 Market. Launched in April 2023 as part of the Army of Drones Bonus project, the system has garnered over $105 million in funding and is set to continue through 2026, despite facing ethical criticisms. Combat units can upload verified kill videos to convert them into digital points for purchasing drones and robotic systems.
