JSC Ukrainian Defense Industry is selecting independent members for the supervisory boards of six key enterprises focused on aircraft construction, radar equipment, ammunition and special chemicals, transport vehicles, armored vehicles, and shipbuilding. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that this initiative aims to form professional supervisory boards to enhance the sustainable development, transparency, efficiency, and control of defense enterprises, adhering to corporate governance principles and international best practices. The ministry is seeking candidates with expertise in corporate governance, personnel management, and science-intensive engineering.
