Unimot Reports Q3 2025 Financials with PLN 88M EBITDA and Expands into Defense Technology

Unimot announced its Q3 2025 financial results, reporting a consolidated adjusted EBITDA of PLN 88 million and sales revenues of PLN 3,719 million. This EBITDA reflects a decrease from PLN 105 million in Q3 2024, while sales revenues increased slightly from PLN 3,652 million.

The company anticipates positive outcomes from agreements with Ukrainian renewable energy firms and the anticipated sanctions on Russian LPG components effective January 2026. The adjusted EBITDA from main activities was PLN 51.2 million, with logistics contributing PLN 34 million, and transition segments adding PLN 2.8 million.

The AVIA network operated 143 stations, achieving fuel sales volume of 109,000 cubic meters. Additionally, Unimot launched a pilot cooperation with Żabka Polska for convenience stores at its stations and initiated a loyalty program for franchisees. The company also established PZL Defence in collaboration with PZL Sędziszów, focusing on unmanned systems and anti-drone technology.
