UPM Engages with Education Delegations from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) hosted education delegations from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to explore collaboration in academic programs and research. This initiative aims to enhance student mobility and expand summer program offerings between the institutions.

On May 11, UPM welcomed delegations from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to discuss potential collaborations in academic and research programs. The visit included presentations from UPM's Faculty of Engineering leadership, focusing on student mobility and summer programs.
Delegates toured the Robotics and Smart Intelligence laboratory to observe advancements in robotics and autonomous systems. Both delegations expressed interest in formalizing their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the future. This engagement may foster deeper educational ties and enhance research opportunities.
