Urban Atlantic Promotes Brant Snyder to CEO, Expands C-Suite Leadership
Urban Atlantic has promoted Brant Snyder to CEO, Kelli Brooks to chief investment officer, and Alan Lederman to chief development officer, forming a new four-person C-suite. Co-founders Vicki Davis, Lois Fried, and Scott Nordheimer will shift to managing partners, providing strategic guidance. Urban Atlantic has a development pipeline exceeding 4M SF, and has been active in several major projects, including the redevelopment of Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg complex.

Brant Snyder has been appointed CEO of Urban Atlantic, with Kelli Brooks as chief investment officer and Alan Lederman as chief development officer. This transition follows the co-founders Vicki Davis, Lois Fried, and Scott Nordheimer stepping back from daily operations to focus on governance and mentorship.
Urban Atlantic oversees a development pipeline of over 4M SF and was the fourth-most active developer in Washington, D.C., from 2020 to 2024. Key projects include the redevelopment of Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg public housing complex. The firm has also initiated a 2.5M SF mixed-use development around the New Carrollton Metro station.
