A new memorandum of agreement between the Republic of Korea Army and the U.S. Army's 65th Medical Brigade aims to enhance combat casualty care and joint operational capabilities. This partnership includes regular training exchanges on Tactical Combat Casualty Care and drone operations, vital for improving battlefield readiness.

On April 27, the Republic of Korea Army's Noncommissioned Officer Academy and the U.S. Army's 65th Medical Brigade established a partnership through a memorandum of agreement. This agreement focuses on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training, instructor development, and joint medical training initiatives, with the goal of improving interoperability.
Under this agreement, the 65th Medical Brigade will provide expertise at the ROK Army NCO Academy, enhancing casualty care training realism. The partnership will also feature semiannual joint training events, beginning at the ROK Academy, covering casualty evacuation and trauma management.
