The package includes parts, training, engineering services, and logistical support, with Congressional consent required to finalize the transaction. This sale is intended to bolster Kuwait's operational readiness and align with U.S. foreign policy objectives in the region.

The package includes parts, training, engineering services, and PAC-3 support from RTX, Lockheed Martin, LEIDOS, and KBR. The proposed sale also involves operator and maintenance assistance, logistics support, and technical documentation.
Congressional consent is required to finalize the transaction. Kuwait operates the Patriot system as part of its national air-defense network to counter missile and drone threats. The U.S. government emphasized that this sale will bolster Kuwait's operational readiness and support U.S. foreign policy objectives in the region.
