Kimberly G. Ploskonka was inducted into the U.S. Army's Senior Executive Service on March 12 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

As the director of the Research Business Directorate within the Army Research Laboratory, she took the oath of office during a ceremony hosted by Acting Director Dr. Eric L. Moore.

Ploskonka has held various key positions, including principal deputy of the ARL Regional Site Synchronization Office and leadership roles at the C5ISR Center. She highlighted the importance of teamwork and collaboration in her leadership approach, aiming to empower personnel and enhance operational effectiveness.
