The U.S. Army Europe and Africa launched the 21st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) Millrinder Innovation Center on March 13 at Panzer Kaserne, Germany. This facility is designed to enhance sustainment operations with advanced manufacturing technologies.

It serves as a collaborative hub for NATO allies and private industry, focusing on innovation, training, and readiness. The center allows for rapid production of needed materials, enabling Soldiers to receive parts within days at lower costs. Soldiers can propose innovative ideas, receive training, and work with industry experts to develop solutions, streamlining the process and reducing bureaucratic delays.
