On Monday, a U.S. Army veteran in Scotia, NY, had a new roof installed at no cost through the Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project. Pinnacle Roofing, an Owens Corning Platinum Roofing contractor, executed the installation as part of a nationwide initiative to provide free roof replacements to veterans.
The homeowner, Paul Miosek Jr., had lived in his residence for 25 years and had needed a new roof for over a decade. His wife applied for assistance, leading to their selection for the project. This initiative addresses critical home repair needs for veterans, reducing financial stress and enhancing living conditions.
