U.S. Marine Corps to Deploy Intergraph CAD Software to 13 Bases Globally
The U.S. Marine Corps will implement Intergraph Computer-Aided Dispatch (I/CAD) software at 13 bases globally as part of the Consolidated Emergency Response System (CERS) program, following successful trials at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. This initiative, backed by a five-year, $23 million contract, aims to improve emergency response capabilities by enhancing 911 call management and incident coordination for first responders. The U.S. Navy has also approved the software for use within Department of Navy networks.

The U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) will deploy Intergraph Computer-Aided Dispatch (I/CAD) software across 13 bases worldwide as part of the Consolidated Emergency Response System (CERS) program. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Intergraph Government Solutions (IGS) received Milestone C and Full Deployment Decision approval following successful operations at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina.
This approval allows the full deployment of the CERS system under a five-year, $23 million contract awarded to IGS in 2014. I/CAD will enhance emergency response by managing 911 calls and incident management in real-time, providing first responders with critical information and situational awareness.
The U.S. Navy has also approved I/CAD for Department of Navy networks.
