Uzbekistan Begins Robot Factory Construction with ROBOTIS Support
Uzbekistan has initiated the construction of a humanoid robot manufacturing facility in Tashkent, supported by South Korea's ROBOTIS. This development aims to enhance the country's high-tech industrial capabilities and create over 1,000 skilled jobs.

Construction of a humanoid robot and robotic components facility has commenced in Uzbekistan's Yangi Avlod Special Industrial Zone, driven by a partnership with ROBOTIS. The project represents a strategic investment to modernize Uzbekistan's industry and may establish the country as a regional hub for robotics in Central Asia.
Concurrently, Uzbekistan launched a $78 million initiative for hazardous waste processing in collaboration with Saudi Arabia and France, aiming to improve waste management and environmental standards. The Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum, which facilitated these agreements, highlighted growing international confidence in Uzbekistan's reforms.
