Vascon Engineers Ltd. has established a Centre of Excellence for Construction and Real Estate Innovation at the College of Engineering Pune (COEP), covering 18,000 sq. ft. The facility aims to facilitate research, testing, and deployment of innovative technologies within the construction sector.

It will collaborate with CREDAI and establish a Plumbing Lab with the Indian Plumbing Association. Focus areas include sustainable materials, robotics, smart infrastructure, and digital tools. The inauguration also marks the 50th anniversary of the founder's graduation from COEP.
