Ventus Industrial Partners Forms Aeron Defense, Acquires General Tool Company and Magna Machine
Ventus Industrial Partners has formed Aeron Defense and acquired General Tool Company and Magna Machine Company, partnering with GenNx360 Capital Partners and Admiralty Partners. Located in Ohio, Magna will become GTC's fourth manufacturing site, increasing their operational footprint to 550,000 square feet in northern Cincinnati. The Kramer family will retain minority ownership in Aeron, aiming to enhance the defense industrial base and workforce development through a new employee-centric model.

Ventus Industrial Partners has established Aeron Defense and completed acquisitions of General Tool Company and Magna Machine Company, partnering with GenNx360 Capital Partners and Admiralty Partners. Magna, situated in Forest Park, Ohio, will serve as GTC's fourth manufacturing site.
The combination will yield 550,000 square feet of facilities within northern Cincinnati. The Kramer family will hold minority shares in Aeron. Aeron's mission includes scaling the defense industrial base and implementing an employee-centric workforce model to enhance operations and support military programs.
