In FY 2025-26, Venus Remedies Limited invested Rs 1.28 crore in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), surpassing its required obligation of Rs 1.04 crore. The initiatives, primarily executed through the Venus Foundation Trust, targeted school sanitation, healthcare, and women's empowerment.
The Clean & Safe School Initiative received the largest allocation of Rs 72.95 lakh, enhancing school infrastructure and sanitation for numerous classrooms. Healthcare efforts included the TB Army project, aiding five TB patients and their families, and medical camps for 318 individuals.
The Trust also focused on skill development for women, with Rs 2.20 lakh allocated to the NayiShuruaat programme, yielding early livelihood outcomes. These efforts highlight the company's strategy to integrate social responsibility with business growth, potentially enhancing public health and educational standards.
