Vice Adm. Scott Gray, Commander of Navy Installations Command, toured the Gridley Child Development Center at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka on January 20, 2026. CFAY has supported U.S. 7th Fleet operations and provided services for military and civilian personnel for over 75 years.
