Vice President JD Vance to Visit Armenia and Azerbaijan in February for Peace Efforts
Vice President JD Vance will visit Armenia and Azerbaijan in February to advance peace efforts, following a peace agreement established last August. The trip, announced by President Trump, aims to strengthen strategic partnerships and includes discussions on peaceful nuclear cooperation, semiconductor deals, and defense sales to Azerbaijan. Additionally, the Armenia-U.S. Bilateral Working Group recently convened to discuss the progress of their strategic partnership and the implementation of the TRIPP framework.

Vice President JD Vance will travel to Armenia and Azerbaijan in February to further peace efforts, as announced by President Donald Trump. Trump expressed gratitude to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for maintaining the peace agreement signed last August.
Vance's visit aims to enhance strategic partnerships and includes initiatives for peaceful nuclear cooperation, semiconductor deals, and defense equipment sales to Azerbaijan. Additionally, the second meeting of the Armenia-U.S.
Bilateral Working Group was held, where Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Sonata Coulter discussed the progress of the Armenia-U.S. Strategic Partnership and the adoption of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) Implementation Framework, focusing on economic cooperation and high technologies.
