Vishay Launches Compact 2-Way Wilkinson Power Divider for RF Applications
Vishay Intertechnology has released a 2-way Wilkinson power divider/combiner for aerospace and high-frequency systems, operating from 15 GHz to 20 GHz with insertion loss under 0.5 dB. This compact device enhances system efficiency by minimizing loss and reducing the need for external components.

Vishay Intertechnology has introduced a 2-way Wilkinson power divider/combiner, designed for aerospace, defense, and high-frequency connectivity applications. It operates within 15 GHz to 20 GHz, achieving an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB below 19 GHz.
The device is housed in a surface-mount 1817 package, allowing it to serve as both a divider and a combiner, thereby simplifying RF system design and saving board space. It provides high output-to-output isolation of less than 20 dB, minimizing crosstalk and ensuring stable performance.
Operating over a temperature range of -55 °C to +155 °C, it is suitable for various applications, including 5G and 6G infrastructure and phased-array radar systems. Customization options include frequency band adjustments and model simulations for design integration.
