Vistara Launches Aviation Hackathon as First Non-BFSI Company
Vistara is hosting an aviation hackathon on October 7-8, marking a significant move beyond the BFSI sector. This initiative aims to foster innovation in travel and technology, potentially influencing other industries to adopt similar strategies.

Vistara, a joint venture of Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, is set to host a hackathon on October 7-8 in the National Capital Region and Bengaluru. This event, in collaboration with IncubateIND, will focus on eight categories, including Customer Experience and IoT/Robotics, over a 30-hour period.
Major partners include Adobe and AWS Activate. The trend of hackathons has largely been dominated by the BFSI sector with participation from banks like ICICI and HDFC. Vistara's initiative could inspire other sectors to engage in innovation through hackathons, potentially reshaping how companies approach problem-solving and talent acquisition.
