VulcanForms is set to build a new one-million-square-foot factory in Devens, Massachusetts, resulting in 1,063 new jobs. The expansion follows a $21.3 million tax credit awarded by the Economic Assistance Coordinating Council and is part of VulcanForms' initiative to increase capacity for sectors such as aerospace, defense, and healthcare.
The company has raised $220 million in Series D funding from private investors, including Eclipse Ventures and 1789 Capital, to support this growth.
