Walter Arthur Dennison, 88, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died on February 22, 2026, at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV. A Vietnam War veteran, he had a long career at Bechtel Power Corp and was an entrepreneur, known for his model train shop in Mount Airy, MD, and later in Berlin, MD, until 2021. He enjoyed retirement at the beach with his wife, Nina, who passed away in 2024, and engaged in puzzles and outdoor activities.

Walter Arthur Dennison, 88, passed away on February 22, 2026, in Kearneysville, WV. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and had a long career with Bechtel Power Corp.
He was an entrepreneur, owning a model train shop in Mount Airy, MD, which he later moved to Berlin, MD, operating until 2021. After retirement, he enjoyed time at the beach with his wife, Nina, until her death in 2024. He spent his retirement doing puzzles and enjoying the outdoors.
