Wawasan Dengkil Holdings Bhd's subsidiary has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kester Sdn Bhd to collaborate on renewable energy and green technology projects in Kedah. Under this MOU, Wawasan Dengkil will act as a project delivery partner, while Kester will facilitate renewable and green energy investments in the state.

The agreement covers various renewable energy sources, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, geothermal, marine energy, and hydrogen. The MOU is effective from the signing date and will last for one year, subject to extension by mutual agreement. Its objectives include promoting investments in sustainable energy sectors, developing renewable energy projects, and coordinating with authorities on infrastructure and regulatory matters.
