Wells Fargo & Co. signed a 50,000 square foot lease with Related Ross at One Flagler in West Palm Beach for its Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management headquarters. The office will house around 100 employees by the end of 2026, and the building is now fully leased.

The move is part of an expansion plan, with additional hiring for financial advisers and private bankers anticipated. One Flagler, purchased by Related in 2021 for $20 million, includes various amenities and is positioned to support further development in the area. Related Ross is also looking to attract technology firms and defense tech companies to the region.
