He previously held roles at John Deere and Akebono Brake Corporation and served as a nuclear-trained Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. Horn is also active in industry leadership as President of the Wire Fabricators Association and a Board Member of the Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership. His priorities as President include strengthening execution, investing in people, and maintaining customer trust.
