Woodside Energy Appoints Liz Westcott as CEO and Managing Director Following Succession Planning
Woodside Energy has appointed Liz Westcott as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Westcott, who has been acting CEO since December, succeeds Meg O'Neill. Her annual reward will be A$2,300,000, with additional variable incentives based on performance. Westcott, previously Executive Vice President of Australian Operations, brings extensive experience from EnergyAustralia and ExxonMobil. Woodside aims for growth in natural gas production, including the Louisiana LNG project, amid a changing global energy landscape.
