Woolpert Secures $49.9M Contract to Support USACE I-ATLAS Coastal Mapping and Nautical Charting
Woolpert has been awarded a $49.9 million contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to support the I-ATLAS program over two years. This includes operations, maintenance, and technical support for airborne lidar data collection and processing, aimed at disaster impact assessments and infrastructure planning. The contract will last until March 2028.

Woolpert has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District for a $49.9 million contract to support the Interagency Airborne Technologies for Lidar, Analysis, and Surveying (I-ATLAS) center over two years.
Woolpert will provide operations, maintenance, and technical support, including sensor operation, data processing, and product development from airborne lidar data. The contract, which runs until March 2028, aims to improve data collection for applications such as environmental monitoring, coastal flooding, and navigation safety, vital for managing federal navigation and flood risk projects.
