The Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province has launched 14 policies aimed at accelerating the development of the hydrogen energy industry. These measures, designed to enhance industrial growth and innovation, allow leading supply chain enterprises to receive subsidies up to 10 million yuan, while high-quality projects can access annual rent subsidies of up to 5 million yuan.

Construction of hydrogen refueling stations will receive a subsidy of 50% of fixed asset investment, capped at 5 million yuan per station. Key demonstration projects may obtain up to 30 million yuan in support, and innovative projects can receive additional financial backing.

The policies also emphasize the importance of attracting talent and fostering R&D, with various financial incentives tied to project milestones and revenue achievements. The initiative aligns with national and provincial hydrogen energy development plans, aiming to establish Wuhu as a leader in the sector.
