Xometry Enhances Manufacturing Solutions with New Materials and Features for 2026
Xometry, Inc. has announced platform enhancements to support complex manufacturing demands. In December 2025, the company introduced eight new materials for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA) technologies, aimed at aerospace, defense, medical device, and automotive industries.
The new FDM materials include PETG, Nylon 6 CF, Stratasys Antero 800NA, Antero 840CN03, PAEK VICTREX AM 200, ULTEM 1010 CG, and ABS-CF10, while the SLA offering now features Accura SL 5530 for high-temperature applications. Xometry's platform allows buyers to choose manufacturing methods and has launched a 'Preferred Subprocess' feature for CNC machining.
New tolerance options have been introduced, offering an average price reduction of 5%. Xometry achieved CMMC Level 2 certification in early 2025 and will soon allow buyers to specify production geography.
