Yemen LNG, a fully integrated liquefied natural gas project, was launched in August 2005 after extensive studies and negotiations. The project includes five international shareholders: Total (39.62%), Hunt (17.22%), Yemen Gas Company (16.73%), SK Corporation (9.55%), and Kogas (6.00%), along with Hyundai (5.88%) and the General Authority of Social Security and Pensions (5.00%). Yemen LNG focuses on social and environmental responsibilities, aiming to create value for local communities and relevant Yemeni authorities.
