Young Innovator in Herat Develops Three Handcrafted Weapons
A young innovator from Herat, Shoaib, has developed three handcrafted weapons, including a spear-shaped design and two hunting tools that can function as bullets. During a meeting with Herat's police chief, Sheikh Naqibullah Azizi, Shoaib expressed his potential for further advancements in the technical sector with additional support. Azizi commended Shoaib's initiative and emphasized the importance of harnessing youth talent for Afghanistan's technological development.

A young innovator from Herat province, Shoaib, has created three types of handcrafted weapons using basic facilities. In a meeting with Herat's police chief, Sheikh Naqibullah Azizi, Shoaib revealed that his creations include one spear-shaped weapon and two hunting weapons that can also serve as bullets.
Originally from Badghis province, Shoaib expressed that with further support, he could achieve more in the technical and industrial sectors. Azizi praised Shoaib's initiative, highlighting the importance of utilizing youth talents for technological growth and development in Afghanistan. He assured that security institutions would support and guide such legitimate initiatives.
