Zambia Launches AI for Good Youth Initiative in Partnership with E-Mark Zambia and Liquid Intelligent Technologies
Zambia's Ministry of Technology and Science partners with E-Mark Zambia and Liquid Intelligent Technologies for the UN AI for Good Youth Challenge 2025-2026. The initiative aims to empower youth to develop competitive AI and robotics solutions, focusing on food security for 2026. The government supports talent development and mobilizes resources ahead of national finals on March 31, 2026.

Zambia's Ministry of Technology and Science, E-Mark Zambia, and Liquid Intelligent Technologies have partnered for the UN AI for Good - Robotics for Good Youth Challenge 2025-2026. The initiative aims to empower youth in developing AI and robotics solutions, with food security as the focus for 2026.
Minister Felix Mutati outlined four success pillars: talent development, mentorship, resource access, and government support. Liquid Intelligent Technologies pledged K250,000 for mentorship and technical coaching. The program targets students aged 10-18 and aims to select innovators to compete globally, positioning Zambia as a hub for technological innovation in Southern Africa.
