Zefiro Methane Corp.'s subsidiary Plants & Goodwin, Inc. has initiated the Wood 12F project in Wood County, Ohio, which involves plugging 37 orphan wells and is valued at approximately $4.5 million. The project contributes to P&G's total revenue from federally funded projects in Ohio, amounting to about $5.51 million. P&G has achieved 37% of Ohio's Phase 1 Formula Grant funding to date.

Zefiro Methane Corp.'s subsidiary Plants & Goodwin, Inc. is executing the Wood 12F project in Wood County, Ohio, which involves plugging 37 orphan wells and is expected to generate $4.5 million in revenue. P&G has already plugged five wells, generating $600,000 so far.
With this project, P&G's cumulative revenue from other federally funded projects in Ohio reaches approximately $5.51 million, representing 37% of the funding awarded from the Phase 1 Formula Grant. P&G is operating six rigs for this project, with ongoing tasks to ensure wellbore integrity and groundwater protection.
