$5.7 Million Generator Replacement and Various Improvements in Portland
The Urban Center Condominium Association has secured permits for a $5.7 million generator replacement project in Portland. The project includes replacing a standby turbine generator with a new diesel generator, along with structural upgrades.
Other contractors are engaged in diverse renovations, including interior improvements for a new tenant on level 7, construction of an exterior deck for Cascade Crest, and modifications for an outpatient opioid treatment clinic. Additional projects involve remodeling a school building, constructing a 4,260-square-foot covered area for food cart customers, and replacing a fire pump and boiler at the South Utility Plant. MMI Alderway Owner LLC will also renovate a façade and create white space suites through minor demolition and interior modifications.
