Aeluma Secures Over $4 Million in U.S. Government Contracts for Quantum Technologies
Aeluma, Inc. has been awarded contracts exceeding $4 million from the U.S. Government to enhance its semiconductor integration platform for quantum applications. This funding supports the commercialization of Aeluma's technologies and strengthens partnerships with key manufacturing stakeholders.

Aeluma, Inc. has secured contracts exceeding $4 million from the U.S. Government to expedite the scaling of its semiconductor heterogeneous integration platform aimed at quantum and high-speed datacom applications.
This initiative is aligned with Aeluma's commercialization strategy and enhances collaborations with Tower Semiconductor and Sumitomo Chemical Advanced Technology. The contracts will facilitate the development of quantum dot lasers and nonlinear materials, leveraging MOCVD technology to manufacture advanced photonic circuits.
Aeluma's aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) platform is positioned to outperform traditional materials in efficiency and versatility for quantum systems. The scaling efforts will take place in Goleta, California, in conjunction with supply chain partners. The growing market demand for lasers highlights the potential impact of Aeluma's technology on supply chain constraints in the industry.
