AGCO Power's Core80 Engine Awarded Diesel Engine of the Year 2026
AGCO Power's Core80 engine, developed in Linnavuori, Finland, has been awarded Diesel Engine of the Year 2026. This recognition highlights the advanced technology of the Core engine family, designed for demanding agricultural, construction, and forestry applications. The engines demonstrate significantly reduced fuel consumption compared to previous models and support future technologies like hybrid systems and alternative fuels. The Core80 is noted for its high torque and efficiency, and all AGCO engines currently use renewable HVO diesel.
