Aitech and Teledyne e2v Semiconductors have partnered to enhance space-grade computing by integrating Teledyne's high-reliability semiconductors into Aitech's SP1, a radiation-tolerant 3U SpaceVPX single-board computer. The SP1 includes the QLS1046-Space SoC, which has four Arm Cortex-A72 cores and DDR4 memory with ECC, tested to 100 krad (Si).

This SBC is designed for applications such as Earth observation and communications, providing high performance in extreme space environments. It features a high-capacity FPGA for flexibility in interface expansion and customer IP integration.
