ArcelorMittal executives emphasized Luxembourg's continued importance in steel production despite rising competition from the US and Asia. The company produces approximately two million tonnes of steel annually and is investing in infrastructure modernization, including a new electric arc furnace and a €23 million dust capture project in Dudelange aimed at collecting 85% of dust produced.
