Arverne CEO to Boost Stake with INFRAGREEN V in €70 Million ORANE Project
Pierre Brossollet, founder and CEO of Arverne, is set to increase his shareholding through a partnership with INFRAGREEN V, aiming for a €70 million ORANE issuance. This initiative aligns with the growing emphasis on geothermal energy in Europe, enhancing Arverne's capacity to contribute to energy sovereignty and decarbonization efforts.

Arverne plans a €70 million ORANE issuance, with CEO Pierre Brossollet increasing his stake through a partnership with INFRAGREEN V. The investment, subject to specific conditions, will involve Geogreen becoming a joint holding company, contributing to Arverne's strategic goals in geothermal energy.
INFRAGREEN V's participation includes a €37 million investment, bolstered by commitments from Bpifrance and other investors. The completion is expected by July 17, 2026, with Geogreen maintaining a shareholding below 30%. This transaction is pivotal for financing Arverne's Dual Flow strategic plan, underscoring confidence in the company's growth potential and the role of geothermal solutions in the European energy landscape.
