Arverne Group Launches €33 Million Financing for Geothermal and Lithium Projects under Dual Flow Plan
Arverne Group outlines its 2031-2033 roadmap, aiming to enhance geothermal energy in France and secure lithium supply. The company plans to implement its Dual Flow plan starting in 2026, targeting €400 million in long-term contracts. Initial results from the Lithium de France project exceed estimates, with a stabilized flow rate of 275 m³/h and a lithium grade of 180 ppm. A proposed bond issue of €33 million will be primarily backed by Bpifrance and other historical shareholders.

Arverne Group, a French geothermal solutions provider, has announced its 2031-2033 roadmap to boost geothermal energy's role in France and secure local lithium supply. The Dual Flow plan will commence in 2026, targeting €400 million in long-term contracts.
The Lithium de France project has shown promising results, with a flow rate of 275 m³/h and a lithium grade of 180 ppm. A first financing milestone of €33 million is proposed, mainly supported by Bpifrance and other shareholders. The plan aims for 4 TWh of geothermal production annually, significantly contributing to France's energy objectives and reducing CO₂ emissions.
