Asja Energy Expands Biogas and Green Data Center Projects in Italy and Brazil
Asja Energy is enhancing its sustainability efforts with a biogas plant in Italy and a major facility in Brazil. These developments highlight a significant investment in green technology and job creation in the energy sector.

Asja Energy has completed a biogas facility in Druento, Italy, capable of producing around 2 million cubic meters of biogas each year from agricultural waste. In Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the company is nearing completion of a biogas plant that will generate 25 million cubic meters annually, leading to a reduction of 20,500 tons in oil consumption.
Additionally, Asja is establishing a green data center in Torino, starting with 125 MW of IT capacity, with plans to expand beyond 300 MW. This €1 billion investment is expected to create over 4,000 jobs. The focus on sustainable initiatives may influence future energy sector growth and innovation.
