Astera Labs has launched a new research and development center in Israel to enhance its AI connectivity solutions, focusing on high-bandwidth connectivity protocols and memory bottlenecks in AI applications. Guy Azrad will manage the center, supported by Ido Bukspan.
The facility aims to serve as a hub for advanced R&D and will collaborate with local universities and the venture ecosystem. The center's goal is to build a strong engineering team to support Astera Labs' Intelligent Connectivity Platform, leveraging Israel's semiconductor ecosystem for innovative technology development.
