Bajel Projects Limited has secured a ₹400 crore order from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for a 765kV transmission line to enhance the NR-WR inter-regional power corridor. The project, known as Transmission Line Package TL02, includes the construction of the 765 kV Vindhyachal Pool - Prayagraj D/c line and is scheduled for completion within 21 months.

This high-voltage corridor is crucial for improving the stability of power flows between the Northern and Western Grids and will help alleviate loading on the existing 765 kV Vindhyachal-Varanasi line. The project is part of India's strategy for long-term energy security.
