Bentley Motors Adopts Sustainable Aviation Fuel for Global Airfreight to Reduce Emissions
Bentley Motors will implement Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for all customer car airfreight worldwide, effective immediately. This initiative is part of Bentley's global logistics decarbonisation strategy, aiming to cut lifecycle emissions in transport while ensuring timely deliveries. SAF, produced from renewable feedstocks, offers significant lifecycle CO₂e reductions compared to fossil fuels. Bentley's commitment is a key element of its Beyond100+ strategy, focusing on sustainability in luxury mobility and addressing emissions in logistics.

Bentley Motors will use Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for all customer car airfreight movements globally, effective immediately. This shift targets emissions from luxury vehicle distribution, part of Bentley's strategy to decarbonise logistics.
By replacing conventional jet fuel with SAF, the company aims to reduce lifecycle emissions while maintaining delivery timelines. SAF is an ISCC-certified alternative that can achieve CO₂e reductions of 70 to 95 percent compared to fossil jet fuel.
The commitment encompasses all customer airfreight, with plans to explore SAF use in additional logistics routes. Bentley's initiative supports its Beyond100+ strategy, enhancing sustainability in operations and supply chains amidst growing scrutiny on logistics emissions.
