Bessco Power Pvt. Ltd. and Renergo Developers Pvt. Ltd. have established a joint venture to develop 1,000 MW of renewable energy projects in India and Nepal over the next 18-24 months.

The venture's primary focus is on utility-scale solar projects, while also investigating opportunities in compressed biogas, green hydrogen, and green ammonia.
